Tellumat provides innovative technology, services and solutions in ICT, Defence, Energy, and Transport. We require the services of a Credit Controller position in the Tellumat Integrated Solutions division.

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant financial qualification
  • 5 – 10 years working experience within a Senior Credit Controller role
  • Knowledge and experience in Syspro is essential
  • Previous experience in working on customer portals is also essential

Key responsibilities

  • Manage major accounts through customer portals (Huawei, Ericsson etc).
  • Ensure timeous collection of monies due.
  • Resolving of customer queries by liaising with other departments within the division.
  • Preparation of weekly reports of status of overdue customer accounts.
  • Assist with invoicing if and when required.
  • Adhoc requests from line manager
  • Customer Service:  Positive and Professional approach is maintained.  The company image is enhanced by promoting the interest of Tellumat.
  • Personal contribution made towards enhancing BU profitability.
