Mike Teke, President of the Chamber of Mines, serves as the non-executive chairman for Tellumat, Rolfes (JSE listed) and Anchor Group (JSE Altx listed). He is also the founding and controlling shareholder of Dedicoal, deputy chairman of council at the University of Johannesburg, executive chairman and controlling shareholder of the Masimong Group as well as non-executive director of the board and chairman of the remuneration committee for the Richards Bay Coal Terminal.
Previous positions include non-executive chairman of Optimum Coal (2012 to 2015), after having been part of its listing on the JSE in 2010, together with various HR related roles at Unilever, Bayer, BHP Billiton and Impala Platinum.
Lulamile has a wide range of business experience and expertise in the private sector. He completed his articles with Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1995 and, together with his partners, has developed a number of successful businesses in the fishing, forestry, gas mining and ICT sectors.
He is a board member and Chairman of a number of unlisted entities.

Johan van Zyl
John van Zyl, a qualified Chartered Accountant, is the retired finance director of the Plessey Group and co-founding director of Tellumat. John has extensive experience across finance and business acquisitions as well as manufacturing, and research and development.
Married with two sons and two grandchildren, in his private capacity John is keenly interested in nature conservation, birding, wildlife and travel, and has served in various capacities within Rotary and Round Table for over 20 years.
Althea Discala, a qualified Chartered Account with an MBA, has a wealth of experience in Financial Services across investment, commercial and retail banking. Having worked in various sectors including real estate, banking, insurance and auditing, Althea provides expertise across both finance and business. She has served on boards, audit and investment committees for various companies within the financial services industry.
Graham is responsible for Tellumat’s financial and commercial performance, with a firm hand in strategic management and operations. A CA (SA) with over 20 years’ experience in the electronics and ICT industries, 11 of those at executive director level, Graham’s focus is on achieving excellence for the benefit of our varied stakeholders.
Privately, Graham enjoys the outdoors, cycling and touch rugby, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Andrew is responsible for Tellumat’s strategic management and business performance. With over 23 years of executive director experience in the electronics and ICT industries, Andrew is passionate about growing companies and the people in them.
Privately, Andrew enjoys birding, sailing and community service, as a Rotarian.
